@Focker, that is sweet. When my son went off to college, we really missed the dishes being done every night and the grass being cut. I taught him early on the grass so it was 4-5 years I never touched the mower. Enjoy!

The situation has been intolerable for years now and I guess I finally just reached my limit. I'm pretty well numb to the emotional side of it at this point. Just want to get it over with and move on plus try to keep my egg :)

Every time I do lawn care, at least here in the hot, humid New Orleans summah, I'm thankful I went to college so I can sit my ass down in an office chair and make clicky noises with my fingers for a living.

I stopped in Des Moines this evening and grabbed some grub. @Brisket_Fanatic Mentioned this place a few years ago when in town. The ribs were outstanding the last go around so we had to get them again tonight. Took a few pics of the experience this time. The owner is running out of room to display all the awards he has won competing in compeitions. Display cases and walls are already full. Trophies line the floor now. When can I start winning $50,000 competitions?  =)

We also ate at Fong's with your recommendation when down in Des Moines the last go around. My kind of place to eat. It would have been a flip of the coin on eating between the two but I made some dough a few days ago and planning on doing pizza tonight. Hard to hate a place that has an awesome happy hour like Fong's does.

I see what you did there with waiting in line comment. =);)

Today's two hour early morning project. Dropped one of my sapphires into the vent.
One hour to clean and locate under debris.  It fell into the pocket at six o'clock.
And one hour honing my redneck operation skills.  Gold is not magnetic, tried hemostats and a fridge magnet first.  An epic save to say the least!

Truck showed up for my eggs.  If they have room then we will take some household stuff too.

Nice pleasant day for a couple hundred trips in and out to the truck, hey? Be careful in this heat, and good luck!
