I'll trade carpet watching for this.  My daughters decided to host an end of school celebration.  Yup...42 teenage HS kids at the house, sound system and all.  I used the gasser to grill some dogs for them.   =)I u
Looks like some well deserved fun.  Nice Summit.
Thanks!  It's new. I like it and my wife can operate it when I'm away.

And definitely well deserved.  Both daughters distinguished honor roll all 4 marking periods.  They did well.  I'm proud of them!
Congats to your kids!  Strong work in the classroom!

My first grill was a Weber Genesis Silver B. It served me well, and am sure it is out there somewhere still being used.

Summits are in a league of their own, and rightfully so.  Enjoy cooking for the fam and friends with it.
    Same grill, gave em away

Lol.  I may get there some day.  And own another egg.  But having both an egg and a gasser suits my family's needs perfectly.  My wife only eats fish & chicken.  I can do something for her over gas and use the egg for the lo-n-slo stuff for myself and others. Or vice versus.  Wife & daughters can use the gas grill too.

I am with you @nhk19  although I prefer to use my eggs, a gasser is sometimes the better tool of choice if for no other reason convenience.

Great game.  If you like the Euro-style games, try Carcassonne next.  It's always different, easy to learn, and has a great app for the iPad/iPhone.

@bgebrent I was shocked at the price of pine nuts!  $15 for 9oz here.

Yep. I did that a couple of years ago and had never heard of them. My neighbor said something to me while I was unloading the heater so back to home depot I went and I was amazed at how easy it was.

Got hit on by a patient, another patient's family member, and an ancillary dept.  A personal best in one shift.

Ahhhhh, another day in the rockstar life, of a male nurse. Hahaha

I could describe being hit on but it would be by a HVAC tech who is enroute.  Came home to the heat pump failing to run and 83*F-got the fan going but no go with the compressor.  Likely a capacitor or so I have been told.
Life gets in the way of a good evening-I have to drink plenty of fluids as my every 8 week blood donation is Sat AM.  There is something to be said for the frequent oil changes.  Where's the fire works?
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Man that sucks lou, been there.  HVAC cousin kept my crappy Rheem furnace on life support for a few years.  Got tired of waking up to a 50 deg house in winter.  Finally had to bite the bullet and replace the furnace, AC, and water heater...5Gs.  Hope you get things in working order, in the most cost effective way ASAP.

Maybe "fun" is a poor choice.  Let's go with "interesting".
