Found a bottle of 100% Grenache from the southern Rhone.

The absolute best pairing for a Grenache Rosé is roast pork. I just happened to have some loin in the freezer, and I decided to prep it like I do the pork butt sans the brining. Mustard, my own rub, and peach preserves. Placed on the mini, 225F until 160 IT, smoked with peach.
We had friends over, nothing was left. Very tender, perfect smoke, juicy and delicious. This will be done again. Our guests were amazed at the result. We sat outside, drank a couple more bottles of wine, and dined like the peasants we are. Good times. The weekend has officially begun.
Cheers dudes and dudettes!"Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Watching the Philies, drinking Evan Williams and Coke Zero, listening to Beck, waiting for guests to arrive. I have a feeling this party might turn out to be a bit of a mess. I have a gallon of white wine sangria for the ladies, fridge full of various beers, and bar full of liquor.They/Them
