Yes, it will hurt to pee for days.  Oh and I see him bike by my office window on his way home from work EVERY day!
LOL...good luck.  The weather here in PA finally is nice enough to ride.  Got my bike out 2-3 times a week for the last 3 weeks. Longest was 37 miles.  I'm not ready for a century.

Well i am not ready either.  But I have to do it.  It may be the only training i get before I do Wish a Mile in July.  That is a hundred miles a day for three days.  Traverse City to Detroit.

Worked in Brunswick, GA all day at a Menchie's Frozen Yogurt shop. Got home about 30 minutes ago and decided eff it I'm cooking.
Shook That Ash and lit that fire  & began meal prep. Prep including egg setup....maybe 20 minutes.
Had thought of doing a spatchcock earlier in the week so the bird had almost completely defrosted but, not quite completely.
I dub this CI Pan clean out the frig and pantry Yard Bird.
Chicken w/ House Divided Rub. Fingerling medley potatoes, 2 Vidalia onions (one shoved into the cavity, sliced baby bellas, multicolored bells, hearty chopped red onion, roasted and diced garlic, baby carrots, one fresh squeezed lemon & one stick sweet cream butter.

Watching the Philies, drinking Evan Williams and Coke Zero, listening to Beck, waiting for guests to arrive. I have a feeling this party might turn out to be a bit of a mess. I have a gallon of white wine sangria for the ladies, fridge full of various beers, and bar full of liquor.
