@Ozzie_Isaac - yep.  I expect much of it will make me angry.  But it seemed like an important book and the reviews were excellent, so I ordered it.  I’ll let you know how it is.

I agree, I think it is very important.  I am glad the story has gotten out, and it only took a few decades, unlike tobacco.

It took me three episodes or so.  It did get pretty good, but not up to the level of Billions or Bosch.

Billions is an awesome show.  I’ve seen a few episodes of Bosch, but I’m kind of burned out on cop dramas.

Patrick Keefe did a wonderful job presenting both sides of "The Troubles" in Northern Ireland in his book Say Nothing.  I developed a close personal friendship with a Catholic co-worker in Belfast during my IBM days that has remained solid.  Given that, I had definite biases when I picked up the book.  Keefe shattered them.

Pretty confident you are in for a really good read.

Those ph*ckers killed a lot more Americans, and made a lot more money doing so, than even the orange traitor.  Don't think I could read that book either.  "Peril" has slowed to a crawl for me, just 1/3rd of the way in.

@nolaegghead you can notch the log and block up a couple of 2x4s or channel steel, whatever you have straight to make your first cut and second if going dimensional.

Got more of that orange wood.  B!tch getting it in the truck.   Chain saw died mid cut on round two.  Hopefully easily fixed.

My brother and I stopped at that place for a steak (not the 72-ouncer) about 12 years ago, as he helped me drive our car from ABQ back to Durham.  

I know this will come as a surprise, but, the steaks weren’t all that good.
