I second the mayo for grilled cheese. Nice crust. It does seem to burn faster (sugar content?) so either lower your temp or keep close watch.Ozzie_Isaac said:

Just put a skirt steak in a marinade of 1/2 bottle Shiner Bock jince of two limes, shallots and garlic. it's 11:19, and I have a half full open bottle of Shiner Bock.

Roast pork for tea. Anne got 2 pieces this week. The usual method of removing the crackling to crisp in a hot oven. Did some apple sauce too.

Thanks, it’s one of our favorites. Done it with chicken thighs and thin sliced pork belly too. Just gochujang, soy, fish sauce, rice vinegar, fresh ginger and garlic, honey, and a bit of chicken broth to adjust the consistency. One of those recipes that has never been made the same way twice, just play around until it tastes good.Mattman3969 said:@Acn - this should be good!LBGE
