So for a family as large as yours that's about what... a weeks worth of food? :)

All hardwood from a sawmill. Some Amish guys bundle it with twine. AZ and NM were some of the worst places for me to try and find good firewood during our travels.  Mostly gave up.  Actually I never found good firewood in those states.

Boston butt coated with molasses type mustard then Albukirky Sweet Red rub will be going on as soon as it gets up to temp. Probably a couple of chunks of Maple wood. Already rubbed anyhow. I was about to add charcoal whe I thought I heard the phone ring. Pics to follow. I just bought a BGE drip pan a few minutes ago and rolled up some foil feet for it.

@gatraveller - no, poached in silicone egg cups, which is how they end up that shape.

Breathing a huge sigh of relief right now.  Got my 6-month insurance bill for my new Audi, which I crunched last November, obscenely expensive to fix.

My bill went up $0.84!  I've sung their praises here before, but another shout out to State Farm!   :)

I used to use usaa until they decided to drag their feet and we almost ended up in court. Dirtbags. Also, they are super expensive compared to who I have now. Country financial (farm bureau)

Long story, but a very good reason, for that.
Sounds like @milesvdustin had a similar experience.

Some people think of new inventions and innovations that change the world on  a sleepless night.

I think of things - and then google the idea the next morning. I discover that without google I would probably have accidentally killed or maimed myself...

Awake earlier than intended this morning, flicked on the TV and discovered 'Smithsonian Channel' - so I am now recovering from three solid hours of Aerial America.    I may never leave the house again!
