I have been denied access to the Egg for a bit - but SWMBO surprised me with the Tomahawk  ( 1 kg, £15 from Marks and Spencers - for my UK friends ).  
  
I kept it simple,  just coarse salt seasoning, direct at 200 - 250 C for five minutes per side, then I intended to repeat until 'done' but left the daisy wheel open and 5 minutes later I pulled it from the inferno.  I just styled it out with SMWBO and said 'thats what they all do on the forum'    
About 15 minutes under foil and almost no juice escaped at the cut. 
But I have to say - it was lovely.  I got that rich red centre, melted fat and a nice bit of black crust in places

Therefore I feel prepared for the Chuleton (Txuleton) I have promised myself.

its the lower hind leg section of what had to have been one monster white tail, ive never seen one this big, well two, he has two in the yard.  tag on it simply said monstah buck. assume theres more parts to follow this weekend.  he brings back sheds but im thinking whoever shot this took them

Pool pump is on the fritz.  My youtube mastery hasn't quite found the right solution yet.  I need some silicon lube.  Any idea where one can find such a thing?  I went to the local adult bookstore, but they didn't have any.

Pool Supply, any hardware store, and you need a different adult bookstore.
