I have been denied access to the Egg for a bit - but SWMBO surprised me with the Tomahawk ( 1 kg, £15 from Marks and Spencers - for my UK friends ).
I kept it simple, just coarse salt seasoning, direct at 200 - 250 C for five minutes per side, then I intended to repeat until 'done' but left the daisy wheel open and 5 minutes later I pulled it from the inferno. I just styled it out with SMWBO and said 'thats what they all do on the forum'
About 15 minutes under foil and almost no juice escaped at the cut.
But I have to say - it was lovely. I got that rich red centre, melted fat and a nice bit of black crust in places
Therefore I feel prepared for the Chuleton (Txuleton) I have promised myself.Other girls may try to take me away

Pool pump is on the fritz. My youtube mastery hasn't quite found the right solution yet. I need some silicon lube. Any idea where one can find such a thing? I went to the local adult bookstore, but they didn't have any.
