Thanks brother. Going to put it the test maybe tomorrow. Not with turkey though. Kind of burnt out on them after the 5 we did over Thanksgiving. Sonewhere back in this thread I mentioned this batter for onion rings. Here it is my friend. The copycat version I posted is great, but this is a tad better and is far more convenient. On onion rings, there is simply nothing better.
