Shoveled and as I put the plow away, I heard a screeching from a trash can in my utility garage. I look in and I see this guy.

I pulled him out. He was not happy.

Now it is time to work on the second half of the floor for the walk-in fridge.

Supposed to be a mix of rain and snow all day today, so I opted for some chili. Got to use a new "chili grind" cutterhead for my Kitchenaid mixer (in grinder mode), and even threw in two stale corn tortillas I had at the end, to push the remainder of the meat out and thicken the chili a bit.
I remembered to soak the beans overnight (yes, I used beans this time) and just 35 minutes in my pressure cooker, done!  House sure smells good.

Giving the 2019 BB menu a test run.  We are having people over tomorrow for basketball.  I prepped green lightning shrimp along with jalapeno poppers stuffed with hot sausage and  cream cheese and wrapped with prosciutto.  If this passes the taste test that is what I will be cooking in April,  Pic's tomorrow.  I think @bubbajack is also doing a test run tonight. I look forward to teaming up with him for an epic cook!
Love bro. Enjoy the cook and the Kentucky victory! =)

Yes, the kid that pulls for TN trashed talked me all evening.  Your boys really let me down, even after I told him in a perfect world both would lose.  :o.  After entertaining 6 kids range 4-14 and the parents for the evening I was exhausted.  I told them at halftime of the dook game "you don't have to go home but you can't stay here".    =)

Because I have no photos I did not just consume a lagavulin 16 double along with a spicy tuna roll. I didn’t sit down at our table and order up grilled octopus. Was not fortunate enough to consume cap steak, mushrooms and spinach. Not possible to have enjoyed a couple manhattans with dinner and some excellent coffee with the creme brûlée.

    Nope, just a fleeting dream.

I've spent three days in all day work training/meetings followed by dinners. As an introvert with ADHD, I'm exhausted. Not looking forward to the next two days.
My work means I can spend five days at a time away from home on a work, together, eat together repeat cycle for 5 days.  It is exhausting and I think it would be for anyone, so you're far from alone. I break it in to chunks and eek out opportunities for 'alone time'.
I use 'coping strategies' for different situations. It comes as a surprise to colleagues when I came in as an Introvert in psychometrics.
My tougher weeks away take until Sunday evening to unwind from. Once I accepted that, I began to settle quicker.

Loading up a large to take to my future BIL for him to test drive for a few months. He's been using a Holland gasser for years, but wants to dive into the Egg world.
