My wife and I went to see Bruno Mars tonight. It was her birthday gift. I don't know too much about him or his band but the guy is sure entertaining. He can sing, dance, and play guitar. A kind of a rare thing now a days in music. He puts on one hell of a show.

@Eoin All the best to you, William, and your entire family.
My daughter just turned 16, and her team recommended long term inpatient care. While searching for a facility, it was gut wrenching, so I can imagine how tough that was. In my daughter's case, there wasn't anything suitable unless I was able to go out of pocket for 10k / month.
@blasting William's placement is educational. He has a legal entitlement to an education up to 18 years old and the state special school cannot cater for him any more, so the county has to fund this. They offered a day place at the same school, but as his problems are so severe and as he has been out of school for some time, we managed (with a bit of a push from a specialist lawyer!) to get the residential place funded. I think the cost of this placement is £200k per year, not something that a normal person could afford. -
Thinking that as soon as the shelves have been restocked post-Florence that I need to buy a loaf of white sandwich bread and see if I can do this as neatly and quickly as Jacques without bleeding out.

Eoin said:Dropped William off at his new school today. This is a specialist independent school for severely autistic pupils, he will be resident there during term time for the next 3 years. It was a bit of a wrench leaving him there, we've looked after him for 15 years and our lives have revolved around his requirements. It's going to be strange at home tonight.

Maybe the last time for firing up the eggs until after Flo. Thrusday is "date night" but we put it off until tomorrow . Pork chops stuffed with peaches, goats cheese and hot sausage . Seared at 550 on the mini max and finished indirect on the large. Cindy said lose the sausage next time and I agree. But they were still eatable ! Pic's are bassackwards.
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Last weekend. Can’t even explain this one. Distracted driving I’ll call it. This was a bony river. Lots of log jams. Lots of skinny brided and rocky section. This however was not one of those sections. Like I said. Distracted driving.
