Well, the hits keep coming.  Had scheduled water works to come to the house and dig up the cap for the shutoff valve.

Then my plumber can shut it off, make the repairs and I can move on with getting the fridge installed.

    Well……….Get an email from waterworks:

A Greater Cincinnati Water Works representative arrived to the property and found the curb box obstructed and in need of repair.  An order has been submitted to have a team make repair to the curb stop so that water may be turned off.

Who knows how phucking long this is going to take.  I have a home in complete disarray, and am now dependent upon water works and a plumber to have a fridge installed.  If things keep up at this rate they’ll all schedule the work for next week and I’ll be at home instead of BB coordinating everything.  FML.

Hopefully it doesn’t take as long as the fookin‘ home button reinstall.

    Congrats brother.
Thank you sir. I have to tell you, I had no idea life could be this good.

The only place I like to go in Louisville, for the food, is "Bucks." It is a very upscale and very fine dining experience, which now also provides fresh flowers to your table, to take with you when you leave.

Their bourbon selection is unmatched, their wine selection is almost as good as ours. The last meal I had there was seafood which is sort of fresh, (flown in daily), and it was spectacular, for this area.

It is located in Old Louisville, an area that at one time was home to the fabulously wealthy, and an area going through revival currently. Seeing these old "castle type" homes, made from large piles of bricks, being renovated is amazing. The city condemned these homes, sold them for nothing, and millions are being spent to bring them back.

It is pretty cool area. The guy who designed Central park and the layout of the land for the Biltmore in North Carolina, also did the parks here in Louisville. This area has one of the first he had done, in Louisville.

    Pretty cool.

Everybody who goes to Vegas wins big.  I'm assuming the casinos must make their profit off the fancy shows, cause apparently they're losing money hand over fist on the gambling.

Why am I not surprised a bunch of folks here are encouraging me to go gambling?  At least you’re all consistent. It’s just like encouraging everybody to buy more and bigger stuff.

I’m just glad I’m not hanging out with a bunch of hypocrites.
