I agree with @Ozzie_Isaac and @grege345 thought I brought it anyways!!! Oh well, it was a blast to do. I have a bad feeling I'm going to get smoked like a lot of surf and turf did this weekend. Finally voted. I was torn between @tarheelmatt and @grege345 .
Ultimately I went with grege345 because I love burgers, never seen a hoop bacon thing, and I thought the combo was outstanding with the lobster mac'n cheese.
Honestly I could have happily voted for any of the cooks. They all looked awesome, but I had to choose.
Doesn't hurt that grege345 looks like he has a 345 excavator as his avatar.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Yeah, I assuned that the expanded detail posts would come out after the winner was decided but no rule against it lol.

I forgot to post the directions to mine.
Ingredients:
Burger
1lb shrimp
1 egg white
1 slice of wheat bread
onion
salt
pepper
old bay
parsley
bacon
I chopped half of the shrimp into 1/2" pieces. The other portion was added to a food processor. The shrimp, bread, parsley onion and seasonings were pulsed several times to create a binder. Add the binder and shrimp chunks to a mixing bowl and combine. Separate into equal size ball shapes and refrigerate. (the helped the mixture firm up)
Preheat a cast iron skillet of direct flame at approx 325F dome temp. Fry the bacon. Add a tablespoon of butter to the bacon grease and set the shrimp balls into the skillet. Flatten the balls into patties using a spatula. Cook for approx 4 minutes on each side or until done. There should be a nice crust on each side.
Siracha cocktail sauce
ketchup
prepared horseradish
lemon juice
siracha
salt pepper
Combine all ingredients.
