GF Pizza

Made a couple of gluten-free pizzas during the snowstorm here on Saturday. Both on a pizza stone, direct with the stone propped on three firebricks at volcano temps. The first pizza took 15 minutes, the second took about 12. The black char you see in the pics is from the aluminum foil/parchment paper, which I kept underneath for the entire cook. For those of you constrained by the need to cook GF, I highly recommend Pamela's GF Pizza Crust Mix.

Both look delicious. Thanks for sharing this.

must be a pretty thick pizza to cook "at volcano temps"... My NY thin crust pizzas are done between 4-6 minutes at 625-675 after preheating a minimum of 45 minutes once it reached those temps.
