Cabbage Rolls (no egged was used)

After reading @fishlessman post about his cabbage rolls a week or two ago I knew I wanted to try them. I've never had cabbage rolls but my wife said she really likes them. Used a loose mix of the recipe he posted and one from Ina. It is a rainy nasty kinda day so I just pushed start on the big silver hot box in my kitchen. These were a little bit of prep but will be made more in the future.
Just out of the oven
And plated up with some homemade white beans that my wife did in the crockpot.
These things are knock your socks off good and I can't believe I've never tried them. Thank you @fishlessman for posting this earlier.

Just looking at the pics my socks are officially off.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Brother 3969, I actually hate cabbage. Can't even stand the thought of it. However that looks so good I probably would devour it. I'm responding again because Mrs. SGH saw your post and she loves cabbage. At her request my friend:

looks really good, great pics. i did a double batch this weekend for dinner and the freezer, not much more work and they reheat stove top really well. if you like these try stuffed grapeleaves the same way with lamb and pork, i fish with a guy that makes 50 pounds or so like this with the sauce every spring when the grape leaves get big enough
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -

fishlessman with the recipe?. Searching does not produce the post. Thank you.

Thank you all. My mother and my mother-in-law both have made these in the past, but asking them to dig up a recipe is another matter.

very nice - I made them last week too after readin a few posts here. I didnt snap pics, but I went with the Cooks Illustrated (techincally cooks country) version and turned out awesome. The red sauce had some cool flavors like Ginger/Cinnamon/Nutmeg/Vinegar and the Meat Recipe used 50% raw ground beef and 50% raw german bratwurst . .Columbus, OH
