    FYI: This was at NOLA Brisket Camp if you haven't figured that out yet.

    I handed my buddy my camera to shoot the video and he never used it before in his life, he realized quickly focus is manual in video mode.  Lesson learned: the youtube stabilization filter makes ultra wide angle footage look like it was shot through beer goggles and some mescaline from my college days.

    Brother Tex I'm just aggravating him. All in good fun. He poked at me for 4 months 2 weeks 6 days 17 hours 23 minutes and 48 seconds. Just poking back at him. Nothing personal at all. I actually left a massive 20" handmade carcass knife as a gift for Cazzy in NO. It is my hope to ultimately become his friend.
