@JRWhitee‌ thanks! It was fun to do this one. And playing around to get a different look on the actual post was a new thing for me. It took some time but, I liked the end presentation. Thanks again :-)

@GATraveller‌ Thanks. Most birds I've done have been in the say 4-8# range (young fryer or roasters). At 400℉ around 45 min. to 1.25 hrs. I've never done a 2# bird. Like @stemc33‌ said that's more of a Cornish Game Hen. But, I know you can get young chickens that small (I just don't get em that small is all). That small I'd guesstimate around 20 to maybe 30 minutes. But, I don't go off of time I go off of IT.
@NPHuskerFL I've never bought one that small before either but it was the last one and the natives were getting restless.  I go by IT as well but I didn't check it until too late,,,,,,thought I had more time.  But we all know what happened to the boy who thought.......

"Social media gives legions of idiots the right to speak when they once only spoke at a bar after a glass of wine, without harming the community [...] but now they have the same right to speak as a Nobel Prize winner. It's the invasion of the idiots."

@Mickey‌ Thank you Sir! The Ancho made a huge difference in the depth of flavor along with the smoking wood (pecan & black cherry). I want to try pecan & hickory on the next one. Thanks! ;-)

@saluki2007‌ no actually I thought of doing a mass Thank You. But, I figured each of them took the individual time to compliment, ask questions etc. So, I was trying to give the same respect back to them.
Edit: & I've been at work and wasn't able to do it a little at a time so I guess that's just the way it is perceived. Dude I'm on this forum till sometimes 3 or 4 am so I comment and do my best to contribute to the forum as well.

But, thanks for stopping by just to bust balls :))

I just decided to learn to play guitar and my wife isn't always as excited as me when I pick on the electric to practice... you don't think its because... I stink at it do ya

@mcmac‌ ya Our Son is in a band and just brought his set home so he could practice before their next gig. He got involved and developed a love for music while in High School. He was in Marching band, Jazz band, symphonic band (played Tenor Sax, Alto Sax, and a little clarinet). Owns the saxophones. Then we bought an upright piano that he plays also. He has 4 or 5 guitars a couple of regular acoustics, electric acoustic, electric etc etc. And the drums which have been evolving over the years with new heads, cymbals, double bass pedal, an extra snare etc. He was showing me a couple of new songs they had written. Good stuff.
I do not play. But, I play a mean cowbell =))

More like fell asleep in my van trying to update work files on different accounts asset inventory with updated model #s, serial #s, voltage, phase, refrigerant type, gas type, etc. Slid into the sack at around 3 after cleaning up the egg area. I'm a lil OCD so I was out with rags a polish on the SS.

Just keeping the fires burning brother. I pulled my smallest offset home. It has not been used in quite some time and has become pretty foul. Trying to burn it out and re season it for the weekend.
