@huskermama must have been happy!! How did you like the zuke pasta?? I am really digging it.
My favorite so far is Italian Turkey meatballs on top of the zuke pasta with a homemade pasta sauce. It's on the website I gave her. You should try it. Crazy how some of these veggies can be transformed to be more interesting.

@Mattman3969‌ thank you so much. I just got this from Amazon today (spiral vegetable slicer). Before that I was using a handheld 2 blade spiralizer. This thing is so much quicker and it has several different blades. Love it! :)

@sgh really the thread title seemed like it could get unedited :))
I named it that because today's Wednesday (Hump Day) and MaMa got to beak in her new toy (spiralizer...which I called twisty B-) ). The extravaganza was just for fun.

This was a fun cook to do. :-) thanks.

@nolaegghead‌ thanks for noticing. This was all done from my phone. Pics included. To post it like this takes some time and patience from a phone. I'm not sure how easy or difficult it would've been from a laptop etc.
It was fun. Thanks for the compliment B-)

I shoot a lot of pics and have issues organizing everything.  I just bought a Drobo NAS and I'm setting it up right now.  Expandable to 25TB of personal cloud that I can access with all my devices, from anywhere.  Plus it slices and dices...all kind of services like backups, multimedia server, web server, etc.

That thing is bad @$$! Wanna say it was under $25-$30 from Amazon (we're Prime). And to top it off. It's NOT a PITA to clean.

I haven't eaten reg pasta in awhile. This is my wife's 90th day of her lifestyle alteration/change. I've been trying to eat a lot of the same stuff. It's really good. I have a crazy metabolism (that or worms) so, I just eat more of it. But, even eating more is healthy because it's healthy to begin with and believe it or not filling. :-)

Okay, I'm going to be the jerk and ask.  Is that just a bad pic or is your left foot just messed up?  You had me until I saw that monster.   :-&

@gator_egger‌ ok maybe the wife was right about cutting that pic. It was to show the relaxing nature of today. No neither of my feet, ankles, calves, knees or legs are messed up (must just be the angle---actally shot that one 6x and thought that to be the best of them). I have large skis 13s. =))

My dogs are pretty abused, I try not to look at them.  Years of soccer, drunken stumbling, stepping on rusty nails, some surgery to fix a telescoped ankle...I'm not winning any foot fancy awards.

@nolaegghead‌ well hopefully people can focus on the totality of this post and not just my feet. Lol. I did gymnastics in my high school days and let me tell ya keeping a 13 pointed is harder than one would imagine. At 42 I feel very blessed to still be very limber.
