Lamb Ribs and Beef Ribs

I am trying my hand at some Lamb Ribs and the Beef Ribs are just my back stop..Just in case..
Egg is running at about 300/325 dome..Indirect for as long as it takes to get the job done. Just cracked my first Beer.. Have fun everyone..More to follow..

How's it coming along? I wouldn't have thought lamb ribs would take too long to cook, but I've never tried cooking them myself. Waiting for the finished pics!

I agree about the length of time on the Lamb, but the one rack was very fatty ,and I have been checking now and then..They are still rendering and feel very succulent..We will see..Pics to follow.Greensboro North Carolina

Ok the verdict is in Lamb ribs are great done on the Egg, the Beef ribs are also spectacular..Final plating Beef ribs, Lamb ribs, Mac salad, baked beans and fresh sliced Tomato..A great red wine..Everyone have a great week, and a great 4th..Greensboro North Carolina

Oh man, that Lamb money shot, made me hungry, and I just had honey mustard glazed salmon and roasted zucchini and summer squash for dinner. Great cook. I gotta try those lamb ribs.

The packet said Lamb Breast..I got them at Walmart and they were really cheap, thats why I didn't know what I was dealing with. Lamb ribs was my most favorite thing to eat at little KC place called Fiorella's. I have never seen them in the store but looking at yours makes me want to drive half a day and get some.
