sunny hot summer days work best for me with the imperial ipa. go broccoli and avoid the lettuce per the doctors ordersallagash makes a better winter beer but finding it is like hitting the lottery lately, a 4 pack is probably 80 bucks now

I have most of a bottle of Pernod here at home from the summer and am thinking of trying it in a Christmas drink. Other than the obvious Schnapps with a candy cane twizzler, any ideas? (P.S. I a not a huge "minty drink" fan, hence the ask).~~
