@JohnInCarolina - that is a great pour. They opened their own distillery in town around a year ago. Glad it is still available locally as it will likely become harder to find as the word/taste spreads. Enjoy.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

From what I understand the master distiller of Woldford Reserve opened his own. Did it the same way but put it in Port Wine barrels for 6 months to finish. Talk about several different smells and tastes . It will not disappoint .

My wife made a comment when she saw I opened wine. She's doing some weird awful "Whole 30" thing and one of the prohibited solutions is alcohol. Her comment was something like "So, you're going to drink a whole bottle of wine, that's sick". My response "I can put a wine saver in it and put it in the fridge". We both know how ridiculous my response was...They/Them

@DMW - power lifting right there. I can drink beer all day long but with the brown water I need to delay the fuel load til later. I intend to watch WS Game 5 tonight and if I started now there's no chance I would get to the 7th inning stretch. Enjoy!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.
