I'm convinced I was destined to be Latino. 
Mine consists of.... Rim the glass with lime and then dip into Tajin Classico or celery salt, ice,  a 12oz lager beer, Clamato juice, freshly squeezed lime  juice, splash of Worcestershire and Soy sauce, hot sauce (I prefer Cholula) & ground black pepper. Stir. Lime wedge the rim. Consume.

I live in a heavily Hispanic populated community. We have them at the local authentic joints, but unless you venture off the Americanized path, you would be missing out. Enjoy Blake.
