Awesome looking pie, great job. Have a local pub that serves white pies, but they use Alfredo sauce, not for me but DIL had an allergy to 'maters going on so we tried it. SWMBO  likes Alfredo and said it was one of the best non-traditional pizzas she'd had.

In all seriousness, something weird happened with the dough in this cook. It was from the grocery store, and it just didn't really cook. Normally I have to be careful of burning the crust but not this time, It was a bit too doughy.

I can see that a lil.  The toppings look great, but it seems like maybe you didn't cook it enough or it was a bad batch of dough.

Right. I'm not sure. Eventually I had to pull it off because the toppings were starting to burn. Crust definitely wasn't done - never had that happen before. SWMBO thinks the dough was bad.
