The wager is a two-game deal. The Wings play the Leafs (the 1st time since moving to the Eastern Conference) on Dec 21st in Toronto. We agreed to add the Winter Classic between the Wings and Leafs outdoors on New Year's Day in Michigan Stadium, Ann Arbor. Most goals combined wins!

@Eggcelsior - I proposed the wager about the Dec 21st game. I forgot about the Winter Classic. When I remembered, I wanted to include it. I figured a game in Toronto and a game here sounded even Steven (heh, heh) and he agreed.

Cen-Tex - I don't know what you're talking about. I'm one of the few PAYING taxes in these parts. They're thinking about re-naming a street after me.

I never give up on them.  Just frustrated over their miserable OT & SO record.  Their game last night was terrible.  They were flatter than piss on a plate!

We managed to beat Buffalo one out of two :(( and the lowly Isles last night. We get two of three top centres back this week so it should improve.

Ken Holland (Wings GM) has a thing for older players that tend to give away the puck in their own zone.  I've seen Alfie do that twice this year already!  Gotta break that habit Kenny!

It's too bad about DeKeyser. He is scary fast through the neutral zone.

Holland's problem is that he was spoiled by the perfect human. He needs to realize there will never be another #5 to set up the breakout.

I think they are about $400 in TO. That's in Cdn. but it wouldn't matter much. All the decent seats are corporate and sold out for the next millennium. Mine aren't in my or my company's name. $60,000 to transfer.
