LS,I looked at the recipe, and it looks like Yorkshire Pudding is like what we call Popovers. But, Popovers are individual servings. N'est ce pas?__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious

I don't know. Yorkshire can be done in muffin pans too. I've had popovers in the States but they seem a lot less dense than Yorkshire. Count the number of eggs. "The one what eats the most puddin' gets the most meat"

Gary,
I looked at some popover recipes and the ratio of eggs to cup of flour is 2 to 1. With Yorkshire it is 4-1

Let's call Yorkshire pudding
A fortunate blunder:
It's a sort of popover

I can never get it to work in a big pan, always use the muffin tins, seeing as we never make muffins. Never in the egg, someday will try it.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
