For the record I'm an Associate Dean/Chief Development Officer for a Nationally ranked research university. That's a big fancy title for "fundraiser". But, I think I have the best job on planet earth. I get to hang out with really great people on a daily basis. People who care and who are very philanthropic. People who want to give away hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions. Obviously most of them are quite wealthy. And...wealthy folks rarely live in ugly places. Not trying to brag, just love my job.
