I feel your pain @milesvdustin‌, I was an Army Recruiter. Trying to get an 18 year old snot nosed kid to serve his country isn't easy. The only thing harder than that is dealing with a 25 year old man that can't make a decision without his mother's permission. When you convince the 18 year old to serve his/her country and get the 25 year old man's mother's permission, you think you've won the battle. Load 'em up in the G-ride and get excited about making mission only to have them both disqualified for ingrown toenails by some doctor at MEPS that doesn't have a mission. And the whole process starts over. I don't miss those days.

@UrbanForestTurnings‌, Don't get me wrong, there's great people out there willing to step up, but finding them isn't easy and finding qualified applicants is even harder. I definitely wasn't riding a desk, the desk was riding me and choking the **** out of me.
