I actually like Montreal steak seasoning on Shark and swordfish steaks. It really suits the fish IMHO. Either that or a simple marinade with white wine, soy sauce, garlic, lemon and EVOO is always a winner too.

You could toss either of those on a mako steak and the shark would be wishing he was eating himself.

One of my good friend's niece was in that movie. I never watched it til tonight. My little boy made me watch last 30 minutes. The whole thing seemed like an SNL skit.
