@caliking, Maredsous is good stuff. I've compared several of the Belgian Tripels and prefer Westmalle. Is Maredsous your favorite Dubbel?

@Foghorn - Westmalle is excellent. I've been on a Belgian run since the summer, and luckily my HEB stocks a good number of them. I haven't had a Maredsous yet that I didn't like - dubbel, tripel, quadrupel, brune. On the lighter side i really like Kwak and Golden Druuk. All-time fav is the ABT line (HEB now has their xmas ale). But consider yourself warned - if you plan on an evening with a few ABT's, clear out your schedule and don't plan to drive yourself anywhere
