I'm thinking that at Salado next year, Mickey should grill those all day and just pass them out as "finger food" that you hold by the bone and eat. Maybe with a paper towel around the bone to keep you from burning your hand and for cleaning up after eating. That would be a sign of some excellent Salado, TX hospitality.
