I'm so f*ckin' mad....Verizon sucks ass.  Got a new phones for Fleur n me.  Ass raped with a $30/phone renewal charge, plus they stole my 16GB micro SD card (lady put my old one in my new Galaxy S4).  Sorry, had to vent.  Love the phone tho.
