Pick a location, pre-announce the specific cook like a fire mission, like pepperoni pizza, with NO ambiguity and who ever shows up with an egg and is willing to cook is on. It could be BB ribs, ribeye steak or something very specific, so all are cooking the same, but with secret "bam" stuff of their own.
