Why is it when my bro in law visits the bottle of Jameson's empties so much quicker and the room starts spinning ... It could be a sign of trouble that his coast guard orders just transferred him to the same town as us! The plan is to get him cooking on an Egg ASAP! 8lbs of beef short ribs in the SideKic sous vide ready for tomorrow night. Oh boy I'm wasted...

I think it's great when your name matches your vision. Seriously, there is no one better than a brother or the brother-in-law you love to share the experience of being on all fours hanging on to the grass on the front lawn praying you will not fall off. 

Let us know how the ribs turn out...

I think I fell off the edge last night ... No Bro in law to be seen yet though... I haven't noticed a hangover cure thread so I'm going to start one.

All Candians, even the ones who only "drink socially", make me feel better about my drinking habits. That is not an easy thing to do.

I'm gonna sous vide a sh*tload of stuff for Salado.  I'll try to take some pics.  It'll make my egg time very productive.  Sear.  Done.  Sear.  Done.  (ad nauseum)
