    I put in just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan about 1/8 inch.  Didn't measure it, but probably about 1/4 - 1/2 cup.  Just to keep the bottoms from burning.

    got 16 of these badboys in the fridge for tomorrow gonna bake them in the am.  2 modifications I made 1, bourbon mostly because I like to sneak alcohol into the mormon inlaws diet and it's delicious.  2, I didn't want to make crust tonight so I made a brown sugar, butter crumble like dutch apple pie.
