Swordfish En Garde!

Ingredients

• 4 Swordfish steaks• 2 TbsSugar
• &#188 Cup Cheap white wine• 2 TbsPickapepper sauce
• &#188 Cup Cheap sherry• 1 TbsGinger
• &#188  Cup Soy sauce• 1 Lemon
• 4 Tbs Melted butter
• 2 Tbs Spiced oil

Instructions

Soak the steaks in the marinade (except for the lemon juice) for about 8 hours in the refrigerator. Bring to room temp.

Toss the steaks in a hot pan to sear them, reserving the marinade. Take the steaks off the pan, add the lemon juice, and cook them on the Egg at 250* for 50 minutes.

Notes

Serve with the warmed up marinade.
