Swordfish En Garde!
Ingredients
• 4 Swordfish steaks | • 2 TbsSugar |
• ¼ Cup Cheap white wine | • 2 TbsPickapepper sauce |
• ¼ Cup Cheap sherry | • 1 TbsGinger |
• ¼ Cup Soy sauce | • 1 Lemon |
• 4 Tbs Melted butter | |
• 2 Tbs Spiced oil |
Instructions
Soak the steaks in the marinade (except for the lemon juice) for about 8 hours in the refrigerator. Bring to room temp.Toss the steaks in a hot pan to sear them, reserving the marinade. Take the steaks off the pan, add the lemon juice, and cook them on the Egg at 250* for 50 minutes.
Notes
Serve with the warmed up marinade.Number of Servings:
