After looking at the "care package" pic posted today, I notice the KC Masterpiece Marinade and it got me to thinkin' -- which can be a very dangerous thing sometimes...

One of my favorite sauces is Jack Stack BBQ out of KC. You can buy their sauces online or in local KC grocery stores for much less. My son snagged a few cases of the original and spicey when he visited there recently.

This sauce is not too sweet and not too hot. I have eaten BBQ all over TX (various places in DFW area and even , KC and SL MO, NC, SC, GA, TN and even had someone make Beef spare ribs for dinner in MA. (they were okay, oven-baked not grilled)- and of all of these places, my favorite is Jack Stack.

And when it comes to brisket or pulled pork - after topping with the sauce, you gotta have cole slaw on top. (this includes chili dogs).
