I would choose original one. I would choose a new one if the warranty wasn’t only for 1 year, but since both are basically without a warranty I prefer the aesthetics of the original one.1 · -

Honestly, I like to take my wagyu all the way to 205. They can feel done in the low 190’s but I have found they have so much fat that it’s best to push them a little higher to render it properly. Gre…5 · -
