How I KNOW I'm an Egghead!

Tonight is my 3rd cook this week, and after getting the fire started tonight for an overnight pork shoulder cook, I blew my nose and it was as black as the lump I just lit!

(sorry for being gross, but I think you get my point...)

    Haha nice. I had that happen on a few low n slow cooks. Or when a Royal Oak bag has a little more dust then usual on the bottom of the bag.
