Will there be one next year?  I could see attending. Just have to figure out how to get work to pay for it but I can be creative.

@Thatgrimguy and his wife, Andria, put on one over-the-top party this weekend. Spring Chicken will be posting the pictures but I wanted to say how nice it was to meet all of "the other side" cookers. There was so much great food I cannot begin to mention it all. The place is made for partying! Even a little bit of rain did not slow it down. I hope I was able to convince a few of them to become Eggheads and join us at some eggfests for more fun. Again, great party, Scott! Thanks for having us!

First I gotta say that Brither Grimm put on one hell of a Bash! Brother Grimm and his wife Andrea were great hosts. I have few pics but Shelly and I were busy most of the day. Well Shelly worked hard I just stayed out of the way. The Chickens came and Leroy made his outstanding Magnum Loads.
I said it before and I will say it again, This one was EPIC! Brother Grimm's local friends and family welcomed us as if we lived there for years. The other out of towners were all nice and were great to hang out with. Nola and his group came in full throttle in his boat. Nola that mango homebrew was pharking great! And thanks for the cool down boat ride down the river, at full throttle! Another one in the books. Great friends, amazing food and one hell of a good time. We will do this again. And we slung a little grub today also.

These were the Rum shooters. It is the pics I had time to take!

Looks like y'all had a great time!

Hotch and Shelly generously offered for me to catch a ride with them but I start my first cancer treatment tomorrow so the timing wasn't right. I know a road trip with them would be a hoot!

Definitely want to try to attend a future bash with y'all.

I can't tell you how much I always enjoy hanging out with people from this forum.  Everyone I have met has been interesting and extremely generous. This is such a great community and I'm glad y'all let me tag along.

That was a hell of a party! Thanks to everyone who showed up but especially Scott for putting it all together, Leroy for providing doubloons and Carey for rolling down the river with me.

Yes to "hell of a party" and thanks to Scott for putting it together.  The crowd was great, setting was perfect, the food delicious and the drink abundant.  I really liked the home brew you guys brought.  And I never thought of my little wooden nickels as being doubloons, but thanks for the idea.  There may be some 'Chicken Ranch Doubloons' in the future.
