Some good looking meat you have there. I picked up some yesterday to have this week. I'm baching, wife is in gone for 2 weeks. I intend to eat well. Just hoping mine turn out as good as those appear.

1 M, 1 XL, a BlackStone,1 old Webber, a Border Collie, a German Shepherd and 3 of her pups, and 2 Yorkies -
I seasoned with kosher salt and rubbed liberally with Meat Church Holy Cow and let sit for two hours before grilling at 550* to ~120* IT.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
