I went 350 degrees direct dome temp. I just watched the chops until the internal temp hit 145 degrees. I'd say around 10-15 minutes"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Bone in is actually my preferred way. You get the most flavor with the smaller bone in pork chop. I usually just get boneless as I'm lazy and don't take the time to carefully butterfly them. If I had more patience I'd do bone in without a doubt. Your in for a treat!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan
