Thanks for the picture of the Hi-Q great.I'm always wondering about those small holes in the factory grill, every time I put coals in.I've tried hand picking the lumps verses pouring it in.I end up with black hands and on top of that i'm on my second bag of green egg lumps and that's it, the majority of lumps are smaller than regular char coal.Think I'm going to try royal oak from HD.I've got and exlarge egg but I'm going to check that web site you gave me.
    Thanks again

Thanks for all of the great responses! I could still use a few folks to help with BGE demos this summer in Baltimore area and the D.C. metro area/northern Virginia.

We pay for the food purchased, as well as compensate you for your time.

Let me know if you have any availability!

Yes, there is a lot of advice and I'm happy to be receiving it. I'm from Charleston, SC. I live about 20 miles south.

    Thanks

Where can you get a pallet of the Rockwood?! I've never used it but I'm in need of buying some lump and wouldn't mind getting in on a deal like that!
