The Pizza stone is a Pizza Que from William & Sonoma and the pizza is setting on a commercial pizza screen which I build the pizza on and cook it until if firms up enough to slide directly on to the stone (typically 5/6 minutes at 500 then slide it off on to the stone to finish) I love making pizza on a screen as it is ridged enough to build the pizza on then walk it to the egg and set it on the stone with nothing sliding around.Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE -
