You can try some pig shots. Pre assemble them prior to heading out and cook at the tailgate. Sliders are always quick and easy. Wings are a reliable tailgating
fare. Just some thoughts off the top of my head. I am interested to see what you come up with or what other folks suggest.XL, Large, Medium, and Mini Max

These look really good. Fontina on a skewer (or a toothpick), wrapped in prosciutto (maybe bacon). Haven't had them myself, yet.

Beef tenderloin sliders. Buy a whole tenderloin and slice it into 5/8" thick steaks. They can be done just as steaks but I like them best when I bring along some cast iron and blacken them.

Try these lamb kabobs, prepped ahead of time; they cook in 5-6 minutes.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

@YukonRon Here is a link to a tailgaters magazine that has many great ideas. You can subscribe (for free) the digital subscription, should you wish to search deeper than this issue. Great resource of recipes and gear.

Korean BBQ short ribs. They can be done with or without rib bones. Marinate overnight and they'll cook in minutes. So easy and quite tasty.
Good thread topic!

You can do my new Favorite. Sausage Pin Wheels. It's just a half log of breakfast sausage rolled into a whole can of croissants.

@TexanOfTheNorth Totally fat fingered a "disagree", Had no idea. As I have said previously, I always use what you are kind enough to share. My son loves lamb and I get to eat all the veggies he won't eat (all of them)."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

The key to successful tailgating is prep work. Very few things are both incredible AND easy.
+1 on the pre assembled pig shots idea.
one of my favorites requires pulled pork....Cook a bacon wrapped Italian sausage on site and top with pulled pork. "The hot dog"
Wings are a tailgate favorite as wellXL & MM BGE, 36" Blackstone - Newport News, VA -
