For shits and giggles. What's your top five cooks on the egg?????
Mine:
1. Ribeye Steak. (Because I just love steak)
2. Pork ribs
3. Pork shoulder
4. Chuck roast
5. Wings
There's probably 20 more I could add but these are my favorites. Hell if I had hapster's skills, octopus might have made it.
So so give me your top five... Or
tell me to quit drinking and go to bed. Either way.

I'm sure when the weather gets a touch warmer the chili will fall off and salmon or shrimp will sneak in there. But that's current.I raise my kids, cook and golf. Mine really varies but right now its chuckies. The meat church holly cow rub is really good on them. I have been doing 2 every weekend for a couple weeks but gonna fire up the backwoods and do 4 chuckies and some chickens Saturday. Can't wait to try out the butcher paper. I have been coating them with dukes and spicy mustard before rubbing them.

This is my top 5 on the BGE. It would be differnt if you asked about the Units.
Chargrilled oysters. This is my favorite by far on the egg.
Ribeye steak. Preferably bone in.
Deboned chickens stuffed with shrimp, crab and rice.
Shrimp.
Mushrooms stuffed with sausage, bacon, and cheese. Bacon wrapped of course.
Again the above is my favorites on the egg. Not my favorites across the board.
