Sliced eggplant on the Egg.  Topped with fresh chopped garlic, onion, sliced tomato, shrimp, mozzarella cheese and oregano.

I kid you not.  This was delicious.

Yukon Gold Potatoes with rosemary and granulated garlic

Steak (found in the downstairs freezer) and spicy-hot shrimp.  (Heavy dose of Hungarian paprika on the shrimp.)

For now, I give up on posting pics in order.

Thanks for indulging my food porn efforts.

My wife will freak out when she sees those eggplants tonight. They are her favorite vegetable off of the grill. I'm not one to normally beat a dead horse, but that looks spectacular. Impressive brother.

    Mundane . . .

Compared to what I see you guys post here . . . well, yeah. :)

    That seems kinda appropriate.

I'm learning, though.  I'll eventually catch up!

    Thanks -

I'm only a recent convert.  Last couple of years, I've come to appreciate eggplant almost as much as my wife always has.

In fact, I've already decided that this spring will see our first eggplant in our container garden.

    Pics coming in the next 60 - 90 days . . .

Wow...it all looks great but the eggplant especially is quite inspirational.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Daayuum! Nicely done :) Bookmarked. I really want to try the eggplant. How long did you cook the eggplant ? Just until the cheese was bubbly and starting to brown?

My wife has saw the eggplant. She insisted on this and it's well deserving:

Fantastic looking cook, especially nice to see the Hungarian paprika being used, my dad put that stuff on everything, and I love it to this day.

    You are correct, sir.

The sliced eggplant went on the egg @ 400° indirect (just OOil and granulated garlic) - until grill marks started to show - then started building on them.

The shrimp was already cooked before being added, of course.

    Thanks -
