Flask full of Rum. Going to see my brother-in-law band called Crunchy Kids down in Minneapolis. He's playing First Avenue venue. Huge gig for them tonight. Prince, U2, Joe Cocker, etc. have all played there. Going to be fun!"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

I just got this to ring in the New Year:This particular Four Roses blend is just how we like our Bourbon, Barrel strength. This single barrel pick was specially selected by our spirits team here at Mission. Four Roses produces ten different bourbon blends at their distillery using primarily two grain bills, OE at 20% Rye or OB at 35% Rye along with 5 yeasts. The combination of these flavors create a wide range of Bourbons from Four Roses. Our selection is an OESQ, featuring 75% Corn, 20% Rye and 5 % Malted Barley, resulting in a stunning whiskey. The nose is expressive and worth taking a few minutes to explore all of the beautiful perfumes from the glass. Floral aromas with hints of tasted vanilla, cinnamon and a touch of mint. The palate is fresh with rye spice and floral notes. Mid-palate, you are greeted with caramelized bananas and cinnamon with the mint from the nose making a guest appearance. A medium body with a long, clean finish, coating the palate with spice and brown sugar. The whiskey opens up nicely with a few drops of iced water allowing the flavors to settle, making this pick a pleasant sipping Bourbon.Age: 10 Years, 7 MonthsProof: 120.4ABV: 60.2%Los Angeles, CA

Larceny and ginger. This thread has been alive so long I went from drinking vodka to bourbon in its life span. The poster above has it right I need to go get me a sipper for new years.

Tonight I'm going to start one of my favorite Rums.
If you have not tried this one I highly recommend it. It is one nice sipping Rum. If I was a store I would sell this with a money back guarantee. Ron Zacapa XO. -
