How's it taste? I'm in the process of collecting "empty" bottles for a home project. I have a couple taverns that save the real high dollar booze bottles for me (they have me the "you want empty bottles?" And of course I promptly told them I'll take em full too if that works better

@CANMAN1976 oh, i love LFDM. i aged one for a year, it was nice. I'm looking forward to cracking a 3L blue chimay i have. I forget the year though.

@BYS1981 I have a La Fin Du Monde that's somewhere around 18 months and Chimay Blue from 2012 and 2013. We are kindred spirits.

@Eggcelsior man, i have 2-4 chimays, if I didn't i would have stocked up this year... local costco had 3LS from 2012/2013 for cheap! I'm looking forward to my drink afters from stone, they made a wild IPA, I can't wait.
