Tornado Turkey

The weather has been awful here all day so I thought why not.
The weather. Flooding and windy. Still very hot and humid though.
The smoker. Large BGE.
The turkey. 4 pound Breast.
The stuffing. Cheddar cheese, bacon, white American cheese and more bacon.
The injection. 50/50 Tabasco and butter.
The seasoning. Salt, pepper, and a little cayenne.
The lay out. Simply butterfly the breast, stuff with all the above and then either tie or jetnet. I chose to Jetnet for simplicity.
The cook. To be determined by weather. But will be indirect with drip pan for sure.
Smoke wood. None.
Lump. OO.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Status- Standing by.
