My Maverick and Digiq read 2 diffrent numbers

My Maverick is reading 250 where the Digi q is reading 210 .
Any thoughts ? or ideas ? which one do i go by ? ? ?

Did you check them both in boiling water? If so, I would go by DigiQ. I think its a thermocouple vs thermistor in the Maverick.They/Them

So the Maverick was right and the digi is off by 12c
is there any way to calibrate the digi q ?
