We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. thank you for your post, the picture of that table was inspiring: I may take a wide piece of white oak that I have that is quarter-sawn with an interesting grain and use it as a side-table for my Egg, which is still on its stand. I can't quite commit yet to installing the Egg in a table, but they do really look nice..
